In teams, authority often comes not from job titles but from how we communicate, take responsibility, and create clarity for others. Drawing on years of experience across design, engineering, and education, this talk explores how leadership emerges naturally in everyday work — in the way we ask questions, structure decisions, and create space for each other to do our best. It reframes leadership as a collective act built on trust and consistency rather than hierarchy, inviting everyone to recognise their own capacity to lead, wherever they stand in the organisation.
