Melody Sofia Eroshevich is a Site Reliability Engineer at CLOUDETEER GmbH and a co-founder of DD-IX e.V., Dresden’s first Internet Exchange. She works on infrastructure, reliability, and security topics, with a strong interest in open-source technologies. Beyond that, she is passionate about community building and knowledge sharing, bringing people together to exchange ideas and tackle complex technical challenges.

Sandra Roggow is a Product Owner at space22. After years in advertising and marketing, she founded kitchennerds.de and joined Thoughtworks as an IT Business Analyst. The computer scientist and communications expert volunteered at Digital Media Women e.V. for more than 10 years, most recently as 2nd Vice President. There she also worked as a public speaker for digital leadership, digital transformation and equality for women in Tech - with the goal of making FLINTA in Tech visible as experts at all stages.

Verena is a Cloud Consultant & DevOps Engineer at b'nerd. After several years as an HR expert in the tech industry, she discovered her passion for programming in 2020 and has been dedicated to modern software development and infrastructure ever since. Next to her daily role as a consultant, she actively shares her knowledge by speaking at tech conferences and meetups. Throughout her career, Verena has been advocating for more diversity in tech.
